Can Tadpoles Live with Goldfish

Tadpoles are young amphibians that live in the water. They will eventually change into a frog or toad. Most are herbivores and eat only algae and water plants. Goldfish are a type of freshwater fish. They were one of the very first fish to be domesticated. Despite what people sometimes say, goldfish have a memory that lasts for at least three months and they can distinguish between colors, sounds and shapes. This post will tell you whether tadpoles can live with goldfish in the same fishbowl.

Can tadpoles live with goldfish?

The very simple answer is yes! Tadpoles are amphibians and goldfish are fish. Therefore, they do not get the same illnesses or diseases and they can both live happily in the same bowl! There are a few important things to remember. First, they need different kinds of food and it is important that you give the right food to the right animal! Secondly, make sure the fishbowl is large enough to support the goldfish and the tadpoles. It is not good for animals to have little space to live. Lastly, don’t forget that a tadpole will turn into a frog or toad eventually!
