Ketchup, also known as catsup and tomato sauce, is one of the most popular condiments in many parts of the world. How is ketchup made?

Vinegar, water, sugar and salt is then added to this paste and it is mixed together in a large vat. It is then tested for quality control and if it passes these steps it is bottled for shipping to grocery stores and restaurants around the world.
