Marilyn Monroe Movie List

Marilyn Monroe was one of the most popular celebrity actresses of all time. She had a hard start to life, but got her big break after being photographed for a magazine while she was working in a factory creating aeroplane parts. This introduced her into the world of modeling which she was very successful in and eventually led to her being offered an acting contract. It took some time for her acting career to take off, but it quickly gained momentum and at the peak of her career she was the hottest actress on the planet. Unfortunately, like many celebrities, she succumbed to drug dependency and died of a suspected drug overdose in 1962 (although there are many conspiracy theories related to her death).
